المقــاصــد الدّلاليّــــة لمصطلحــات حقـــــوق الطّفـــل في القــرآن الكـــريم دراسة تأصيليّة تحليليّة

Abstract

إنّ دراسةُ ظاهرة الاصطلاحِ قديمةٌ مُتجَددةٌ في اللُّغةِ العربيّةِ ؛ لذا تُعَدُّ من الدِّراساتِ المهمةِ في سَبِيْلِ اثباتِ قدرةِ العربيَّةِ على مواكبةِ النَّهضاتِ العلمَيّةِ في كلِّ زمانٍ ، والكشفِ عن الحقائقِ الّتي تجعلُنا على تواصلٍ مُسْتَمِرٍ مع تُراثِنا اللُّغوي الّذي بَذَلَ علماءُ الإسلامِ جُهدًا جَهيدًا لإيصالِهِ ، فكانوا في ذلك خَلَفًا لكلِّ سلفٍ وقدوةً لكلِّ تابعٍ، وعندمـا نؤرخُ للمصطلـحِ العربيّ نجدُ أولَ المصطلحاتِ العربيّة ما جاءَ فِيْ القرآنِ الكريمِ ، و كَاْنَ لَـــهُ معنىً لغـويٌّ داخلَ المعـاجمِ العربيّـة ، ثـم انتقـلَ من معناهُ اللُّغويّ إلى معنـىً جديـدٍ اصْطِلَاْحِـيّ . الكلمات المفتاحيّة : " الحقول الدّلاليّـة ، السّيـاق القرآنـيّ ، ، التّطـور الدِّلالي ، التّحليـل الدّلالـيّ ، حقـوق الطّفـل " . Research Summary: The study of the phenomenon of terminology is an old and recurring one in the Arabic language; Therefore, it is considered one of the important studies in order to prove the ability of Arabic to keep pace with scientific advancements in every era, and to reveal the facts that keep us in continuous contact with our linguistic heritage, which the scholars of Islam exerted great effort to convey, and in that they were successors to every predecessor and role models for every follower. When we date the Arabic term, we find that the first Arabic terms are those that came in the Holy Qur’an, and they had a linguistic meaning within the Arabic dictionaries, then they moved from their linguistic meaning to a new technical meaning
