Strategies for developing religious discourse to reduce the phenomenon of suicide

Abstract

This study examines the role of religious discourse in reducing suicide through the development of its methods and content to address contemporary challenges. It analyzes the psychological, social, and economic causes of suicide and highlights the preventive and therapeutic role of religious discourse in promoting hope and social cohesion. The study also emphasizes the importance of training religious leaders, utilizing media and social networks, and strengthening cooperation with families, schools, governmental institutions, and civil society organizations. It concludes that a scientifically developed religious discourse can contribute significantly to suicide prevention and social stability.
